1. Intentional Data Collection

• Operational Focus: We only record imagery and data strictly necessary for the fulfillment of our client contracts.
• Privacy by Design: We plan flight paths to avoid loitering over private residential areas, windows, or secluded spaces not included in the scope of work.

2. Privacy Redaction & Publication

Before any images or videos are published to our website or social media, we perform a manual “Privacy Review.” We take the following steps to prevent the risk of invasion of privacy:

• Anonymization: We use digital tools to blur or obscure recognizable human faces and vehicle license plates that are not the primary subject of the imagery.
• Sensitive Locations: We redact or crop images that inadvertently capture private information, such as house numbers or personal mail, if they are not essential to the project.

3. Data Storage and Security

• All raw flight data is stored on secure, password-protected hardware or servers.
• We do not sell or trade captured aerial data to third-party marketing firms.
